Jay Haselden – President

Jay Haselden is the President and Founder of Elite Property Services. Jay executed a complete company start-up including equipment purchase, staffing and financing. He is responsible for profit and loss of a commercial building envelope cleaning and waterproofing business, while he leads multiple subcontractors and employees in the Southeast Region. Responsible for all company budgeting, business plans, financial controls, and consolidated insurance coverage. Jay analyzes and improves daily operations, marketing, and sales performance resulting in increased performance and profits. He has reorganized the corporate tax structure resulting in annual savings. Jay analyzes profitability and productivity of the entire company. Maintains corporate relations with most clients, banks, CPA’s, and vendors.

In his spare time, Jay loves to give back to the community, spending time with his family outdoors, grilling, and watching College and NFL Football.

Mason Herlihy – Vice President

Mason began his journey with Elite property services in 2022. Before becoming Vice President, he served the company as a technician, crew leader and sales representative. He uses his experience within the company and industry to guide and oversee the sales team, the office staff, and daily operations – with a focus on daily scheduling, proposals, and communication with the clients. In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports with his son – baseball, basketball, tennis, and golf!

Jahylen Wilkerson – Estimator

Jahylen Wilkerson is an Estimator at Elite Property Services, where he helps clients bring new life to their buildings through high-quality exterior cleaning and waterproofing services. With three years of experience in the industry, Jahylen’s dedication and strong work ethic helped him grow from hands-on field work into his current role. He values teamwork and project quality above all, ensuring every job is completed with care, precision, and collaboration.

Originally from the Raleigh, NC area, Jahylen enjoys spending his free time doing productive things—whether that’s learning new skills, exploring new interests, or finding ways to keep improving both personally and professionally. His friendly, reliable approach makes him a trusted partner to clients and a valued member of the Elite Property Services team.

Tyler Adams – Director of Business Development
I have been with Elite Property Services since 2023, where I initially started out as a technician and shifted roles into business development. Since then, I now work as Director of Business Development working with our sales and operation team to make sure jobs work out smoothly. What I appreciate the most about working for Elite is our ability to build relationships and provide high quality expectations for every job we complete. Whenever a job finishes, hearing back from the customer about how thrilled they are makes this job easy. In my free time I like to golf, read, walk my three dogs and play board games.

Denise M. McGee – Business Development Representative

Denise is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the multi-family industry. Denise has held roles on both the owner operator and supplier sides of the business, as well as a 5-year stint working for the Piedmont Triad Apartment Association, which really strengthened her understanding of all aspects of the multi-family industry.

In her role as Business Development Representative for Elite Property Services, Denise is highly engaged with clients and represents Elite Property Services across numerous organizations, including but not limited to, PTAA, GCAA, TAA, TREBIC, GMA, PT CREW, BackPack Beginnings, Second Harvest Foodbank of NWNC, Entryway NC and BOMA Raleigh. Denise sits on the Board of Directors for both PT CREW and PTAA.

In her spare time, Denise enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading and cooking.
